Kate Jones, Co-Founder Kana Consulting

Kate is Co-founder of Kana Consult Limited (Kana), a consultancy firm focused on growing and protecting clients' businesses by providing compliance, marketing and employer branding services. Prior to co-founding Kana, Kate was Head of Compliance and Risk for a Real Estate Asset Manager.  

Kate has more than 20 years' experience working in Risk and Compliance having held senior leadership positions at firms within the insurance, real estate, and mortgage industries in both start-ups to multinational organisations.  

Kate is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Bristol Furthermore, Kate has previously held Chair of Governor roles and is currently a Chair of a Local Committee (which is part of a MAT) in a local school.
