Training Course Levels

Fundamental Workspace Designer Training

This covers important foundational topics that will help participants get comfortable with the core components of Decision Focus. The courses are very hands-on, identifying key elements including forms, fields, and user/member access types.

Intermediate Workspace Designer Training

Build skills in field logic and views. Learn when and why rules should run, how to design them effectively, and how to use triggers and admin menus. Trainees also learn to apply variable and member-related views for tailored experiences and design record dashboards for efficient data display.

Full Workspace Designer Training

Covering advanced techniques to streamline workflows using automation, templates, and bots. Trainees learn to update records automatically, use the API for integration, and apply data snapshots. The course includes hands-on problem-solving with real-world workspace scenarios.

Advanced Super User Training

Focus on complex workspace functionality and customization. Trainees will learn how to use features like Create and Link or Surveys effectively, define global forms and fields, and understand the role of environmental settings in system configuration. Discover how to create and optimise templates and views for a more efficient workspace experience.
